The Mid South Fair Grounds in Memphis, Tennessee was the site of 150th Mid South Fair. To help celebrate the special anniversary, Fitzy Snowman Sculpting created a 50 ton sand sculpture. The sculpture was started two days prior to the fair and was sculpted throughout the fair, which ran from September 18th thru  October 1st. The Sculpture contained replicas of the famous Pippin roller coaster, the Shelby County building and other fair memorabilia. We would like to give a  special thanks to Wanda, Chuck, and Joe "Old School" for all their help during the event.
